What is collected

The request form asks for six things and collects those six: your name, your phone number, your email address, the county your site is in, what you want built, and when you want it built. Nothing else on the form is stored about you. Once a phone number is published on this site, calls to it may be recorded, and we log the number that called, the date, and how long the call ran.

No analytics cookies run on this site today. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

Who it goes to

One independent local metal building construction contractor serving the San Antonio area, the one who can price the building on your lot. Compass Camper LLC keeps a copy, so the introduction is on record and so we can follow up on it. The service providers that host this site and take the form, currently Cloudflare, handle it on the way. Your information is not sold, and one request never goes to more than one contractor.

How long it is kept

Request and consent records are kept for at least five years, which is the retention the FCC expects for consent records. A record you ask us to delete is removed from our own store, except where a consent record has to be kept to show that a call was permitted.

How you hear back

By phone or by email, the two you typed on the form, and a call may be an automated or prerecorded one, as the consent block above the form says. No text message is ever sent, because the numbers on this site do not send them. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. To stop hearing from us, say so on any call, reply to any email, or write to compassleadgroup@gmail.com, and the record is removed and the contractor is told to stop as well.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. No account or password is needed; the request is answered at the email address or phone number we already have for you.
